Our Electric planer blade was born in 2019 based on 18 years TCT straight planer knife experience, 1900B and F20A order quantity is growing up after customers tried samples. Technical team gradually expand the producing lines, now we can achieve 50,000 sets monthly capacity.

For the long-term development of Sichuan Aerolite precision tools technology Co., LTD, AEROLITE TEAM invested and built our own factory, the new factory came into service on Dec. 19th, 2021. Mature industrial park, skilled workers, improved equipmend and upgraded production lines can supply customers better service.

China International Furniture Fair (FMC 2015) lasted four days on September 12th to 15th with successful opening and closing. With grand scale, the exhibition perfectly linked Woodworking machinery, software machinery, saws, hardware and office accessories together, which meet near 10 million visitors from 160 countries different levels of needs.
In such gorgeous exhibitors, KENLAR cutter tookpart in it, our sales team showed factory strength andproducts to home and foreign customers, new and old customers are at least 200.
At exhibition, the sales department innovatively exhibited our products suchas inlayed TCT plane knife, HSS planer, Electroplated finger joint cutter, whole finger joint cutter, saw blade, panel cutter, milling cutter, rod cutter and other woodworking tools.

The Fair was officially opened on Dec. 10th, 2015, Organizing Committee held grand ceremony, welcoming and extending best wishes to suppliers and exhibitors from all sides.
During four-days exhibition time, there are large crowds of people visited 1/2/3# pavilion, supplier and visitor achieved good results! Kenlar Cutter also met many new and old friends and planned new future!

After long time research and repeated trial by R&D, 160x50x4.6 four wings 5mm joint length finger joint cutter finally launched to market. With the images and video demonstration to old customers, they've placed orders very soon.
The new product design, production process, practical effects of such 5mm wood-saving joint, double efficiency, knife body impact resistance, high cost performance, anti-rust treatment especially attracts the expert users.
1. 5mm joint length, more shorter the joint is, more saving wood! and finger crossed joint tightly!
2. Impact resistance and saving wood perfectly unified! we know shorter joint needs thiner body, but thiner body can not bear impact force. Our innovative design of 4.6mm thickness & shifted diagonal teeth perfectly solved the difficulties.
3. Double efficiency: diagonal two teeth cut 2 grooves at 2.3mm distance in one round rotation.
4. Anti-rust treatment: black surface treatment to protect cutter.

To develope our foreign trade business, we took part in 121th Canton Fair session 1 Apr. 15th~19th, 2017, booth# 8.0H21.
At the time when national leaders vigorously are carrying forward the initiative "One Belt One Road", the Canton Fair attracts a huge number of visitors from North America, South America, Eastern Europe and African countries. We discussed product technical parameters and other spec. at our booth, Our R&D ability, productivity and product structure are very in line with customer needs. There are three customers placed sample order at booth. Also we look forward to having further cooperation with other customers in the future.
Presently the international financial crisis continues to show and the world economy recovers slowly. We will adhere to our company concept: Serve global customers through professional services.
